To combat fraud, we will simply refund any credit card orders if the shipping and billing address are not identical. Please use Western Union if you insist on having your purchase sent to an address other than your own. The only time an exception will be made is if you are a long established customer with no history of problematic transactions and your order is relatively small.

Most orders take 10 or fewer business days. However, US Customs do, at random, select a small proportion of packages to examine and, when they do, delay delivery by a week or more.

Possible Shipping Problems
Regular First Class mail delivery from Europe to other countries can sometimes take longer than expected as, for example, your country's customs reserves the right to stop parcels for examination. Most of the time, shipping by regular mail takes 10-20 business days (two to four weeks). However, during a holiday season, it may sometimes take twice as long. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES OR DELAYS.

International shipments via Registered Airmail cannot be full tracked online due to unreliability of tracking systems of postal services around the world. The tracking number we provide you is the official tracking number registered in the GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL POST OFFICE system. When a package has passed the customs clearance in your locale, your country carrier will post its tracking number in its online tracking system.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you should contact our customer service department for instructions. Please send an email to returns@DCLfashion.com

In the event that a return is requested, all items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns unless the item is defective or we sent you a wrong size.

We DO NOT offer refunds for returns which have been worn.

All returns must include all original items unworn, or undamaged, in re-salable condition. We will not accept returned items which smell of cigarette, perfume, etc. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred sending the products back as well as the delivery costs for the new items and any other additional costs that DCLfashion.com has incurred (customs fees, etc) due to the refund/exchange (once the returned items are received, we will contact you to provide you the information on the refund/exchange).

Returns due to our error
We take full responsibility for our very rare shipping errors and will always work with you to resolve the problem in a timely manner. Please note that size charts are approximate, and all items are carefully inspected before being shipped. In the unlikely event that we fail to notice a defect, we will refund or ship a replacement item.
